The items and groups associated with a KYC Type can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet to be shared with stakeholders with no access to Pega.

The utility is available at the top of the Item Definition tab of the KYC Type rule form, through the Export button. When the user click the button, the system generates the following Excel spreadsheet:

It is important to note that the format of the Excel spreadsheet is very different to the one used for the import (see Adding items and groups from Excel spreadsheet). The amount of data and nature of some of that data is different, and the spreadsheet cannot be as it is to initiate an import process on another KYC Type.
