Configuring the boost search feature

Updated on September 14, 2021
Pega Knowledge Implementation Guide

As an administrator, you can boost or elevate search results by assigning a related boost score for the article title, article abstract, article body, and article tags. You can set the priority for search results of articles and community posts that are displayed on your self-service help sites and community sites. Similarly, you can elevate the priority community posts based on the post title, post body, and post tags. Boost search scores are available from 1 to 5 where 5 is the highest priority and 1 as a lowest boost priority.
