As an administrator, you can configure the search suggestions feature for users who search for articles that are published in the Pega Customer Service Interaction portal and Pega Knowledge Help and Community sites.
The search suggestions feature provides an immediate and dynamic article search option for users, that suggests relevant articles as the users type in the search bar. The suggested results display article titles, and clicking on any of the titles populates the search bar with that title.
- Log in to the Pega Knowledge portal.
- In the left navigation pane, expand .
- To enable the type ahead search capability for articles, in the Article tab, select the Enable search suggestions for articles check box.
- To enable the boost search capability for Community posts, click the Community posts tab, and then select the Enable search suggestions for community posts check box.
