If you are updating from Pega Knowledge 7.31 or earlier versions to the latest version, after the update, run KMUpgradeActivity for version compatibility.

1. Log in to your application by entering the Pega Knowledge administrative ID that you set up when you installed Pega Knowledge and the password that you specified.
2. Search for and open KMUpgradeActivity.
3. Click Actions > Run.
