  Create your application and extend it to meet your organization's needs by using the New Application wizard.

• Creating operator accounts

  Create operator accounts for users of your implementation application, and then assign them to the predefined user groups.

• Configuring the Pega Customer Decision Hub endpoint

  Because Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor depends on a Pega Customer Decision Hub instance that runs next-best-action and decision strategies, you need to configure the connection between Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor and Pega Customer Decision Hub.

• Pega Customer Decision Hub sample application and data

  Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor includes customer sample data to support the demonstration application provided by Pega. The sample data and application are provided for reference purposes only.

• Reusing sample offers and strategies

  If you are creating an environment for demonstration purposes, you can reuse the sample Pega Customer Decision Hub strategies, offers, and their relevant logic in the implementation application. If the strategies and offers cannot be reused in the implementation layer, then perform the following steps.
