Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor application stack

An application stack is a set of applications based on Pega Platform that together create a software solution for your business.

The following figure shows the Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor application stack. Your applications inherit features from each layer, the top layer being your implementation application or applications.

Note: To use Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor in Pega Customer Decision Hub, you must first install Pega Customer Service for Communications.
