Pega Customer Decision Hub sample application and data
Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor includes customer sample data to support the demonstration application provided by Pega. The sample data and application are provided for reference purposes only.
The Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor installation media includes a sample Pega Customer Decision Hub application, as well as a set of sample offers and
strategies to present context-based offers and actions in the Next Best
Action widget. The sample application and data are in the PegaCRMMarketingSample.zip file, located in the
ResourceKit folder of the installation media.

Implementation Guide
Prerequisites
- Install Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor and Pega Customer Decision Hub as described in the installation guides for each product. Installation guides are available from Pega Documentation.
To use the sample application and data:
- Log in to the Pega Customer Decision Hub application as an administrator.
- Import the
PegaCRMMarketingSample.zipfile. For more information, see Import rules and data from a file system or repository by using the import wizard.
