Setting the result data required by Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor

Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor requires certain data attributes to display its user interface. Set those attributes by editing the relevant strategy rule.

Pega Customer Decision Hub
  1. Save the Next-Best-Action Designer configuration to ensure that your groups are visible in the Engagement policy window under All groups:
    1. In Next-Best-Action Designer, click Engagement policy, and then click All groups.
    2. Click Edit, and then click Save.
  2. In the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal, click IntelligenceStrategies.
  3. In the search field, enter NBA_AllIssues_AllGroups_Ext, and then click View.
  4. On the strategy row, click ActionsOpen Canvas.
  5. Click Check out.
  6. Configure the strategy by defining the attributes, as shown in the following figure:

    The attributes that you need to set in order to configure the result data required by the next-best-action advisor.
    1. Double-click the Set Property shape.
    2. In the Set property properties dialog box, click Add item.
    3. In the Target field, enter .IsDecisionMaker, and then, in the Source field, enter Subscription.IsDecisionMaker.
    4. Click Add item.
    5. In the Target field, enter .IsShared, and then, in the Source field, enter Subscription.SharedSubscription.
    6. Click Add item.
    7. In the Target field, enter .SubscriptionID, and then, in the Source field, enter Subscription.SubscriptionID.
    8. Click Add item.
    9. In the Target field, enter .SubjectName, and then, in the Source field, enter Subscription.FirstName.
  7. Click Submit, and then click Check in.
  8. Close the Edit Strategy window.
