Seamlessly integrate your PRPC application with an SAP application using Pega's Process Extender for SAP® Business Suite. You can create SOAP-based or Java-based Connectors and Services designed for:

• traditional SAP R/3 (ECC) application web service integration
• SAP NetWeaver application web service integration

Given an SAP WSDL or JCo Java class, the enhanced Connector and Metadata Accelerator can automatically generate SAP connectors and supporting rules. To provide data from PRPC to an SAP system, the Service Package feature generates SAP WSDLs or proxy Java classes.

Connectors and Services are based on SOAP protocol  or SAP Java Connector (JCo).

To create an SAP Connector in the Connector and Metadata Accelerator, select Metadata Type SAP WSDL File or SAP JCo Class and supply the file to the accelerator:

 

To create a Service for use by an SAP system, simply create the Service as you would a SOAP or Java Service:

 

Then, use PRPC's Service Package feature to automatically generate a WSDL, or deploy a proxy SAPJCo Java interface for use by the SAP system.
