Working with assignments in Pega Process Fabric Hub

Pega Process Fabric Hub offers tools to manage assignments to make workflow in your enterprise more efficient. Apart from accessing work routed from multiple applications, users can group and filter assignments for a clearer view of their workload.

Pega Process Fabric Hub provides the following features to help users manage assignments more efficiently:

Interwoven Worklist
A consolidated list that gathers assignments from a worklist and work queues that a specific user can access. Users can filter and group assignments to meet their business needs. For example, users can group assignments by application or order the assignments based on priority.
Next Best Work
An algorithm that prompts users to pick up assignments with the highest importance. The algorithm includes the assignment urgency and the routing application in the calculations. Users with the configurator persona can adjust the algorithm by changing application weighting.
