Defining case participants
A case participant represents a person, business, or organization that is involved in a case. It receives correspondence, such as email, and can be an active or passive case participant based on its role. Pega Product Builder for Insurance comes with default case participants, but you might need to configure them for site-specific requirements.
In the Case types explorer, click the name of the case of which you want to modify the case participants.
Click the Settings tab and select Participants.
Click the associated role name to open the settings for the case participant.
Make your modifications and click Done.
