Withdrawing a Smart Update entity
A manager can withdraw a Smart Update entity from the system by using the menu item. This action undoes everything that was done in the Smart Update case, including the creation of any new versions of benefit sets, product templates, products, or plans.
If you want to withdraw a Smart Update case but the Withdraw option is not available in the Actions menu, click Review, then click again on the Actions menu, and the Withdraw option is available.
