Generating reports

Use the reporting feature at any time during the SBC mass document generation process to review your work. Based on where you are in the process, the report provides the associated information on the status and details of the entities. The report can provide a summary of your selections for this process, your configuration, the status, and errors.

The reporting feature is useful for you in viewing and fixing mistakes as you progress through the SBC mass document generation process. With this feature, your organization can share information if you have different departments that work on the SBC documents. For example, you can hand off a final error-free report to the organization that verifies the SBC documents.

  1. In your document generation process, click ActionsDownload report.

    The following figure shows the Document generation page with the Download report item on the Actions menu:

    A Microsoft Excel document is displayed. You can review or save the file locally.
