  Create operator accounts for users of your implementation application, and then assign them to the predefined user groups.

• Configuring the Pega Customer Decision Hub endpoint

  Because Pega Retail Advisor depends on a Pega Customer Decision Hub instance that runs next-best-action and decision strategies, you need to configure the connection between Pega Retail Advisor and Pega Customer Decision Hub.

• Customer sample data

  Pega Retail Advisor includes sample data to support the Pega-provided demonstration application. Pega recommends that you load Pega-provided sample data so that implementation efforts are more meaningful.
