Pega Retail Advisor 8.5 enhancements

Pega Retail Advisor 8.5 includes the product enhancements that are described in this section.

  • Retention for existing customers

    Pega Retail Advisor supports running the Retention Negotiator from the Retail Customer Composite. In addition to the new customer flow in Pega Retail Advisor, store associates can not have the customer answer a set of retention related questions, which provides context for why the customer is canceling their services and what's important to them, before making a retention bundle recommendation.

  • Service tasks

    Pega Retail Advisor supports exposing any Pega Customer Relationship Management service task (Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing) in the Pega Retail Advisor portal. This allows you to quickly re-use existing assets and rapidly expose them in the retail channel.
