Auto-archiving robot operational data

Updated on January 13, 2022

Keep the size of your main database at a healthy level, preserve efficient and consistent performance, and remove the need to maintain your databases manually by automatically moving inactive or unused data to archive tables at specified intervals.

You can also archive data manually, as needed.
Note: The archived data is not available through the default reporting capabilities. However, you can create custom reports that include the archived data. For more information, see Reporting.
Before you begin: Ensure that your operator account is associated with the Report Admin user role. For more information, see Access roles for Pega Robot Manager users.
