Customizing the dashboard
The dashboard is displayed each time that you log in to your application. When personalization is enabled, you can configure your dashboard based on your individual preferences and business needs.
For example, you can add a widget that displays the number of assignments that
could not be processed or the number of assignments that did not meet a service-level
agreement (SLA) goal.
- Click the Gear icon to display the Edit dashboard panel to customize your
dashboard.

Note: You can click Publish only when you publish a dashboard, which displays the dashboard for your own login.
