Setting the heartbeat interval
If you edit the heartbeat interval global setting, the change affects all your Pega Robot Manager applications on the current Pega Platform instance.
- In Pega Robot Manager, click Settings.
- Click Configurations.
- In the Intervals section, click the More icon, and then select Edit.
- Enter the new interval values, in seconds.
Robots use the heartbeat interval when they send a signal to your Pega Platform application.
If the heartbeat interval was exceeded for a robot, the robot displays a red icon, indicating that the connection to the robot has been lost.
- Click Save.
