Collaborating with Pega Robot Manager users

As a user of a Pega Robot Manager application, you can use the out-of-the-box Spaces feature to collaborate on any area of interest. Spaces foster collaboration and improve productivity by providing a unified tool for sharing and developing ideas.

Before you begin: Ensure that your operator account is associated with either of the following access roles:PegaRobotManager:SpaceManager – It allows creating new spaces, and viewing and collaborating in the existing spaces.PegaRobotManager:SpaceUser – It allows viewing and collaborating in the existing spaces.
  • To collaborate in Spaces, in the Robot Manager navigation pane, select Spaces.
What to do next: Exchange ideas with your teammates in new or existing spaces. For example, you can create a space and invite others to discuss how to improve the management of your robotic workforce:
