- Access group
- A collection of users who share responsibilities, for example, managing unattended robots.
- Access role
- A collection of permissions within an access group that enables or restricts certain activities, for example, creating robotic work groups, viewing reports, and so on.
When you add a user in Robot Manager, you define their scope of access by associating them with an access group, as shown in the following example:
- Access groups and roles in Pega Robot Manager
Pega Robot Manager provides a set of template access groups, each with a unique set of access roles that grant specific permissions to Robot Manager users.
- Creating custom access groups for Pega Robot Manager users
Define sets of permissions that match your business requirements by creating additional access groups or modifying existing groups.
