Updating Pega Robot Manager decision tables with registration operator details

Updated on October 7, 2021

Determine the work groups that robots can use to register with a specific registration operator ID by updating Robot Manager decision tables.

The Robot Manager portal provides a single point of entry that contains robot registration configuration. Each decision table opens as a collapsible section that facilitates understanding and modifying settings as needed. For the registration operator, update the following decision tables:
pyGetWorkGroupForRobotByRequestorOperatorID
The default work group for the registration operator. Robot Manager assigns a new robot to this work group by default when the work group and robot mapping table contain no valid entries.
pyGetCandidateWorkGroupListByDispatchOperator
Lists the work groups that a robot can register for by using this registration operator ID.
  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click SettingsRobot registration.
  2. Configure the default work group for the registration operator:
    1. Expand the Work group and requestor mapping section.
    2. Click the More icon, and then select Edit.
    3. Click Add row.

    5. In the Requestor identifier field, enter the registration operator ID.
