Reporting in Pega Robot Manager

Updated on November 29, 2022

Monitor and communicate the performance of your robotic workforce to your stakeholders through reports for applications based on Pega Robot Manager.

For example, you can view the number of times an automation was invoked over the past week, learn how long it takes to complete an automation on average, or view the list of exceptions from the previous day. An exhaustive supply of available report types provides a deep insight into every key aspect of robotic workforce operations.

Because reporting in Robot Manager is based on the standard reporting feature of Pega Platform, you can generate custom reports by using the same metrics and filtering conditions. Robot Manager extends the standard functionality by adding such robot-related report categories as licensing, operational, and usage.

Reports in Pega Robot Manager are dynamic documents because opening a report runs a background Elasticsearch query that fetches the current records from the Elasticsearch storage. This ensures that you that you always work with the current data.
