Viewing unexpected errors for work assignments

Updated on November 29, 2022

You can view the automations that failed because of an unexpected error.

This error occurs when a robot completed an automation successfully, but a system-level error was encountered. For example, the root cause of an unexpected error might be related to an issue with the case design that prevents the automation from completing.
  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click Unattended RPAIssues.
  2. Click the Unexpected errors tab.
What to do next: Investigate the root cause of the issue by examining the application logs. For more information, see Understanding logs and logging messages.
