Assign to Robot Queue

Updated on December 20, 2022

You can define a case status with the Assign to Robot Queue: Setting case status based on robotic automation status smart shape.

This gives you granular control of the case status, both when events follow, and when events do not follow, the so-called happy-path. You can map some or all of the predefined assignment states to case statuses, and keep the assignment states synchronized with case statuses.
