Configuring how often robots request assignments
You can determine how long robots must wait before requesting new work assignments.
- In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click .
- Select the work group whose work polling interval you want to modify.
- In the Settings widget, click the Edit icon.
- In the Edit work group settings window, modify the
Work polling interval (seconds) value.
- Click Submit to confirm your settings.
