Deleting a package

Updated on December 20, 2022

You can delete a package from the system if the package is no longer necessary for the deployment process.

Before you begin: Remove all assignments that are related to the package that you want to delete:
  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click Packages.
  2. Click the package that you want to delete.
  3. Delete each version of the package:
    1. From the Actions menu, select Versions.
    2. In the Available versions window, click the Delete this row icon for the package version that you want to remove.
You cannot delete a package version if that version has an assignment. The Lock icon in the Available versions window indicates that the package version has an existing association to a deployment level.
    3. Click Close.
  4. From the Actions menu, select Delete.
  5. Confirm package deletion by clicking Submit.
For reference, see the following figure:
    Deleting a package
On the Packages landing page, you can delete all package assignments, deployments, and versions.
