Downloading robot activity logs
Identify the causes of automation failures by reviewing robot activity logs. At the
time of a failure, Pega Robot Runtime creates a robot activity log
that you can download from Pega Robot Manager in a
ZIP
file.
- In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click .
- On the Automation failures tab, in the Log file column, click the Download icon for the failed automation that you want to investigate.
- Save the
ZIP
file to a convenient location. - View the details of the failure:
- Unpack the
ZIP
file. - Locate the
RobotActivity.txt
file, and open this file in a text editor.

Modify the RuntimeConfig.xml file so that Pega Robot Runtime can forward robot activity logs to Pega Robot Manager in case of an issue while processing a robotic assignment.
