Enabling monitoring of robot and RPA Service health

Updated on December 20, 2022

The MonitorRobotCommandAndHeartbeat agent checks the status of robots and the status of the RPA Service. This checks whether the RPA Service and robot are sending a heartbeat signal regularly, and then checks whether the robot responds appropriately when it receives commands such as start or stop.

The status of all the robots that are visible in Pega Robot Manager is updated based on the actions of this agent.
  1. Click RecordsSys AdminAgent Schedule.
  2. Select the Pega-Robotic-AutomationPackageManagement instance on the node where you want to enable the MonitorRobotCommandAndHeartbeat agent.
  3. Select the Enabled? checkbox for the MonitorRobotCommandAndHeartbeat agent.
  4. Click Save.
