Managing your organization in Pega Robot Manager

Create and maintain your organizational structure and define individual responsibilities in your Pega Robot Manager application. A well organized hierarchy of departments, users, and roles helps to facilitate meeting your business objectives.

By using Pega Robot Manager, you can conveniently model your organization in a single place according to your business needs. Complete these tasks to configure the structure of your organization and users:
  • Managing access privileges

    Control access to Pega Robot Manager based on various user roles in your organization.

  • Managing departments

    A well-defined structure of departments and sub-departments facilitates remote assignment of automation package versions and deployment of runtime configuration updates to users.

  • Managing users

    Manage accounts for either individual people who need access to the Pega Robot Manager portal, or for robots that need to register in the portal to download automation packages and complete assignments.
