Out-of-the-box reports

Pega Robot Manager includes various preconfigured reports that help you to understand, and therefor improve your robotic operations, with a minimum setup. By using reports to visualize data over time, you can quickly identify areas for improvemens so that your robotic workplace can achieve maximum operational efficiency.

Robotics licensing

Reports in this category track both attended and unattended robot logins and sessions.

Robotics operational

Reports in this category are used to track operational statistics about the usage of both unattended and attended robots, as well as any exceptions, at the department level.

You can view the number of attended sessions for each department on each day.

Robotics usage

These reports track how often and how long robots are running for. For example, this category includes information about robot idle time, the number of times an automation was invoked, and the total duration of automations. In this category, you can view hourly, daily, monthly, or yearly reports.
