Performance timeline metrics

The Performance timeline widget displays various types of operational metrics to help you to assess the performance of your robotic workforce on an hourly basis.

Active: working (%)
The percentage of active time per hour (starting and ending on the hour) that robots spent processing assignments.
Active: ready (%)
The percentage of active time per hour (starting and ending on the hour) that robots spent waiting for assignments.
Active: not ready (%)
The percentage of active time per hour (starting and ending on the hour) that robots spent being unable to process assignments due to an error in the robot system.
Assignments completed (num)
The total number of completed assignments. The number includes successful, failed, and conflicting assignments.
Distribution of not ready (%)
An hourly distribution of the total percentage of time that robots spent being Not ready in a work group. This indicates the length of time that robots were active, but were unable to process assignments due to an error in the robot system.
Distribution of ready (%)
An hourly distribution of the total percentage of time that robots spent being Ready in a work group. This indicates the length of time that robots spent waiting for assignments to process.
Distribution of started (%)
An hourly distribution of the total percentage of time that robots spent being Started in a work group. This indicates the length of time that robots spent in a session before requesting the first work assignment.
Distribution of working (%)
The distribution of robotic work across the day in a work group. Indicates how much time within each hour the robots spent in processing assignments.
Distribution of standby (%)
An hourly distribution of the total percentage of time that robots spent in the Standby state. Indicates the time before the robots start (the RPA service is initiated, sending heartbeat messages to Robot Manager).
Error rate
The percentage of failed assignments.
Note: When a robot returns an assignment with Did not complete status, blank status, or invalid status, then that assignment is considered to have failed.
Number of robots (num)
The number of unique robots that were active within each hour.
Note: Standby robots are not considered to be active.
SLA met (num)
The total number of assignments that were completed within the SLA deadline.
SLA met (%)
The percentage of assignments that were completed within the SLA deadline.
SLA missed (num)
The total number of assignments that were completed, but after their SLA deadline.
SLA missed (%)
The percentage of assignments that were completed after their SLA deadline.
Total process time
The length of time that the robots spent in the Working state.
