Preparing for the Pega Robot Manager installation

Before you install Pega Robot Manager, complete the prerequisite tasks to ensure that your application meets all system requirements.

  1. In the Platform Support Guide for your environment (available on the Deployment guides page), review the system requirements for the latest version of Pega Platform.
  2. For your environment, review the appropriate Platform Installation Guide on the Deployment guides page.Then, in accordance with that guide, install and verify the latest release of Pega Platform
  3. Ensure that your version of Pega Robotic Automation is 19.1.64 or later.
What to do next: Download the Robot Manager application file from Pega Marketplace, and import that file into Pega Platform. For more information, see Importing the Pega Robot Manager application.
