Accelerators

Updated on October 19, 2022

Accelerators are properties, methods, and events you can use to add functionality to your automations.

Use Accelerators to launch ASO Manager dialogs, to show input and message boxes, or to manage StartMyDay features.

Acclerators are found at the top of the Toolbox to the left of the Automation Surface.

Accelerators

  • AsoManager methods

With Assisted Sign-on (ASO) Manager components, you can store items such as user name and password in an encrypted format for use in an automation.

  • MessageBox methods

Use the MessageBox methods to display a message to the user and return a result.

  • MessageManifest methods

With the Message Manifest, you can share message strings across multiple projects. You can also define the characteristics of a message dialog that can be displayed to Robot Runtime/Agile Desktop users.

  • StartMyDay properties, methods, and events

Use StartMyDay properties, methods, and events to define automations that run when you launch Runtime.
