Uninstalling Robot Studio

  1. Use Windows Control Panel to uninstall Robot Studio.
  2. Use Windows Control Panel to uninstall Pega Native Foundation.
  3. Optional: If you installed the Pega RPA Service, use Windows Control Panel to uninstall the Pega RPA Service.
  4. Optional: If you installed the browser extensions, use Windows Control Panel to uninstall the Pega Browser Extensions component.
  5. Optional: If you installed the OCR screen scraping feature, use Windows Control Panel to uninstall Pega Robot OCR Essentials.
  6. Remove the Pegasystems folder in the following locations:
    • CommonApplicationData: \ProgramData
    • ApplicationData: \Users\<userName>\AppData\Roaming
    • LocalApplicationData: \Users\<userName>\AppData\Local
