CredMgrUI.exe

Updating application credentials
For optimal security, use the RPA Service
Session Tools (Pega.RpaService.Tools
.exe) utility to keep the
credentials that are used by Assisted Sign-On (ASO) up to date.
The RPA Service Session Tools utility
allows you to edit ASO Manager credentials without logging in as the user. This utility
is located in the RPA Service installation
folder. Note: You can also create an automation that displays
the ASO credential dialog if you prefer not to use the utility. To update the
credentials that are used in the Credential Store, create an interface by using an
automation. Ensure that the automation logs in as the robot that accesses those
credentials.
- Go to the RPA Service installation folder.
- Start the
Pega.RpaService.Tools.exe
utility with administrator rights. - Update the credential information as needed.
- Close the
Pega.RpaService.Tools.exe
utility.
