Configure the sales process
In Pega Sales Automation, you can use case life cycle management tools to model your sales process and guide sales representatives through each stage of the process. Pega Sales Automation provides the Lead and Opportunity case types that represent the processes and work objects that drive the sales life cycle of your organization.
You select the case types to include in your application when you build your implementation layer. If you need additional case types that are not provided in the application, you create them during your implementation.
