The opportunity case type comes with the following pre-configured set of stages:

  • Qualification
  • Analysis
  • Proposal
  • Decision
  • Closed

Lead conversion

When converting a lead into a B2B opportunity in Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare, you can choose between small group (SG) and large group (LG) market segment.
