Configuring signatures
Pega Sales Automation supports both DocuSign integration and the Signature Capture control for signing documents directly in the application.

Saving user signatures by using the Signature Capture control
Use the Signature Capture control to capture a user's signature in both desktop applications and mobile apps. The signature that the user provides is added to the work item as an image attachment.
- In the User portal navigation pane, click Opportunities.
- Select and open any opportunity in the Proposal stage that you want to modify.
- In the opportunity status ribbon, click .
- In the Proposal signing dialog box, sign the document, click Accept, and then click Submit to confirm.
Saving user signatures by using the Signature Capture control in Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services
This procedure describe steps in the Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services application.
- In the User portal navigation pane, click Opportunities.
- Select and open any opportunity in the Proposal stage that you want to modify.
- In the opportunity status ribbon, click , and then click Go.Product details from the Analysis stage are attached.
- In the Proposal signing dialog box, sign the document, click Accept, and then click Submit to confirm.
Saving user signatures by using the Signature Capture control in Pega Sales Automation for Insurance
This procedure describe steps in the Pega Sales Automation for Insurance application.
- In the User portal navigation pane, click Opportunities.
- Select and open any opportunity in the Proposal stage that you want to modify.
- In the opportunity status ribbon, click .
- Click Add a proposal document.
- In your local directory, search for and attach the document that you want to sign.
- Click Submit.
- Click Accept.
- In the Proposal signing dialog box, sign the document, click Accept, and then click Submit to confirm.
