Enabling application features

Updated on May 10, 2021

Use the Administration page in the User Portal to enable features in Pega Sales Automation.

AI settings on the Administration page

Some features do not require additional configuration steps and are considered within the minimum loveable product (MLP) product implementation, for example, health bot, forecast, lead routing, opportunity splits, and relationship intelligence. Some features require additional steps and that is why are considered for the advanced product implementation, for example, artificial intelligence, Partner Relationship Management, or CRM mode.

For more information about the MLP implementation, see MLP checklist.

To implement the product by using the Application Guides, in the top-right corner of App Studio, click ResourcesApplication Guides.
