Manage email and calendar

Bi-directional calendar sync with Microsoft Exchange allows sales managers and sales reps to manage calendar appointments across sales teams, customers, prospects, and subject matter experts directly from Pega Sales Automation, while always staying in sync with their Microsoft Exchange calendar. For example, sales representatives can view sales team attendee availability in real-time, and sync appointments to Exchange. Sales representatives can additionally share their calendar with other sales representatives and sales managers, so that they can view the appointments too.

Pega Sales Automation also supports bi-directional contact synchronization, eliminating the redundancy of creating or editing contacts in multiple systems, and ensuring that the most up to date data is present in both systems.

With email integration between Microsoft Exchange and Pega Sales Automation, sales managers and sales representatives can synchronize their Microsoft Exchange email with Pega Sales Automation. In this way, emails can be automatically stored as corresponding work objects in Pega Sales Automation. Sellers can then act on the information in these emails as a team, and Pega Sales Automation can then provide guided selling by drawing insight from each email.

As an operator with the Sales Ops persona, you create and configure email templates to help sales representatives to be more productive and effective during their daily tasks. Sales representatives can use the preconfigured email templates, create custom distribution lists, and then send emails to multiple people in bulk directly from their account. After receiving an email, you can reply to that email directly from Pega Sales Automation.
