You can now integrate Pega Sales Automation with Zoom to leverage Zoom features and collaborate with people by messaging, hosting video calls, and file sharing.

Zoom integration requires a licensed Zoom account. To integrate Zoom with Pega Sales Automation, enable Zoom App Studio, and then authenticate and validate the account.
