Case Creation stage changes
When creating a case type, use the Create stage so that users can save their draft work in their worklist without having to submit that case. The Create stage holds a view and actions that users interact with to provide initial data before case processing starts.
In Pega Sales Automation for Insurance 8.7, there are nine cases with the Create stage as the first stage by default in their case lifecycle:
- Activity
- Task
- Lead
- Contact
- Opportunity
- Appointment
- Household
- Policy
- Quote
