Lead simplification

In Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 8.7, two types of leads are available: individual and business. You can convert an individual lead into an individual opportunity or a Medicare opportunity.

The following table presents the lead and opportunity types available in Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 8.7:

IndividualPlans for individuals and their family members

Healthcare plans that can be purchased by individuals from private payers

Plans that supplement U.S. Government plans for qualified Individuals

Healthcare plans that can be purchased by individuals who are U.S. citizens or lawfully present in the U.S. and have Medicare Part A and Part B. These individuals can purchase plans from private payers approved by the U.S. Government for things like prescription medications.

BusinessPlans for Small GroupsHealthcare plans for groups with fewer than 100 employees or members
Plans for Large GroupsHealthcare plans for groups with more than 100 employees or members
