Event codes list

The list of event codes configured in the system can be accessed by selecting Event code in the Configuration menu in the left-hand navigation panel of the Business Analyst and System Manager portals.

The Event codes screen lists, by default, all of the configured active event codes for the current date, arranged according to the following column headings: Event code, Name, Module, Client ID, Applies to, Category, Version start, Version end and Version.

This list view can also be modified to show the inactive event codes or all event codes. The Inactive option filters the event codes in the dashboard to display the highest approved versions of all inactive event codes for current date. The All option filters the event codes in the dashboard to display the highest approved versions of all event codes. Only one version is displayed in the list for each event code.

Each column in the list can be sorted and filtered. The filter also contains a search feature which allows the user to select individual or multiple fields within the column, or if needed, execute a text search to find the appropriate value.

Selecting the > symbol to the left of the event code will display the dispositions that are available. Selecting the event code will open the Event code information screen.

The Event codes screen provides the facility to modify existing event codes, create a new event code or upload a spreadsheet of new event codes.
