Claim response event code and action code display example
The below shows an example of a ClaimsXten response received with certainty applied. The claim line action is add. Also a deny action is received for line one. All the event codes and action codes associated can be seen.
Mapped action codes would be seen below the events. This is configured in the table CXTClaimsXtenSCE Table.
The newly added line will show as follows the fields received in the response at the line level. Similar information would be seen for line with deny and paypercent recommendations.
ClaimsXten summary /case level information can also be seen at the header level.
