Work queues

The NXP-related event codes described above are managed primarily in the CE_ClaimsPricingWB, with the exception of Event code SANP-0010, which is managed in the CE_ClaimsExaminerWB work queue in the application. These work queues may be accessed from the bottom of the user’s dashboard.

Upon accessing a work queue, all claims assigned to that work queue are displayed in a list, and the user selects a claim from the work queue by clicking on the claim id link.

The user then selects the event to be resolved by clicking on the corresponding Resolve button.

The user then resolves the event by selecting the desired action option from the guided event resolution UI screen and following the corresponding event resolution path. For additional detail on resolving events through the guided event resolution work flows, see Chapter 13, Event resolution.
