System manager

The system manager portal contains the tools to manage, view and configure the system, including all the capabilities available to the business analyst. The system manager portal also contains a dashboard for monitoring system claims processing performance.

The system manager can view all configuration items created by the business analyst and waiting for approval within the dashboard. The system manager can approve and submit or reject and route the item back to the originator for re-work.
