Updating existing event codes (8.5 and earlier releases to 8.7 update)

With the latest release of Pega Smart Claims Engine, when upgrading your application, you need to update the existing event codes to have versioning functionality. This step is not required when updating from 8.6 to 8.7.

Pega Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare Update Guide
  1. Log Into Dev Studio, navigating to Application Menu > Switch application > select Foundation for Healthcare.
  2. Click Configure > Healthcare > upgrade event codes.
  3. Click Start and follow the instructions provided on the landing page.
Note: Some of the properties/classes present in Pega Smart Claims Engine are now moved to Pega Foundation for Healthcare so during Pega Foundation for Healthcare update user need to choose replace operation. Without this event code update utility will throw error.
