Claims examiner portal
The claims examiner portal provides a claim examiner with access to their current worklist and all the features required to resolve claims and other claims operational tasks.
The menu items available on the navigation bar on the claims examiner portal are listed below.

| + (New) | This provides the user with the ability to create new claims and claims inquiries |
| Dashboard | The dashboard displays a section for the users to-do items, a widget showing their recent work or items that they are following, a list of their team members and the notifications widget |
| Claims | This provides the user with the ability to search for claims |
| Claims inquiry | This provides the user with ability to search for claims inquiries |
| Member search | This provides the user with the ability to search for members within the system |
| Reports | This provides the user with the ability to access the out of the box reports |
