System manager portal

The system manager portal provides a systems manager with access to their current worklist and all the features required manage and perform system configuration tasks. The system manager dashboard can be easily configured using the gearbox icon to include other widgets in the display.

The menu items available on the navigation bar on the system manager portal are listed below.

Menu FeatureDescription
DashboardThe dashboard displays a section for the system reports, users team members to-do items, a pulse widget to show communications a list of their team members, a recents tile showing recent work items, and a summary chart showing the claims by status and the notifications widget. The dashboard also provides access to users to-do items.
Claims This provides the user with the ability to search for claims, schedule mass adjustments and perform mass transfers
Claims inquiryThis provides the user with ability to search for claims inquiries
ConfigurationThis provides the user with the ability to configure specific elements of the SCE, including event codes, attestation text, random audits
Test SuiteThis provides the user with the ability to create and manage test claims, test scenarios and test sets
ReportsThis provides the user with the ability to access the out of the box reports
